BIRTHDAY PARTY @ SOMA

Thank you for choosing SOMA to celebrate your child’s birthday!

BIRTHDAY PACKAGE – €380

The birthday party lasts 2 hours and is for a maximum of 16 children (including the birthday child).
To ensure an optimal experience for each child, no additional participant can be added.

The package includes:

• Cake & drinks (1 slice of cake per child, organic apple juice and water)
• Tablecloths, napkins, candles and tableware

Birthday parties can take place on Saturdays or Sundays at three different time slots:
10:00–12:00 | 13:00–15:00 | 16:00–18:00

The birthday party is supervised by SOMA facilitators for its entire duration. Parents are invited to wait at the SOMIAM on the first floor and may join the children for the cake moment if they wish.

  SOMACTION is the workshop that lets children unleash their imagination and build using Kapla blocks and our iconic blue blocks!
• SOMANIMATION
  CREATE AN ANIMATION FILM.
  SOMANIMATION invites children to imagine, create, and bring their own film to life using stop-motion techniques.
• SOMAGIC
  IMAGINE STORIES AND BRING THEM TO LIFE.
  SOMAGIC invites children to dive into the world of improvisational theatre.
• SOMAKE
  CREATE, IMAGINE, AND BUILD IN OUR FABLAB.
  SOMAKE is the workshop that lets children bring their ideas to life using a 3D printer, laser cutter, and vinyl cutter.

Activities are conducted in French, Dutch or English.
Please make sure to select the correct language when booking your reservation.

EXTRAS
At the time of your reservation, you can choose from several additional options:

• an extra cake,
• a fruit and vegetable platter,
• a slice of pizza per child,
• a Parents Bundle (a table reserved for parents in SOMIAM, including the cake of the day and three bottles of lemonade),
• or the photo option (5 to 10 digital prints via WeTransfer and 3 printed copies sent to your address).

CONDITIONS

• Arrival & Departure
  The celebration lasts 2 hours. This includes arrival, the workshop, cake and gift time, and departure. Please respect your scheduled time slot to ensure the best possible experience.
• During the activity
  To guarantee the best experience for your children, we kindly ask parents not to intervene during the activity. Parents are welcome to stay in our SOMIAM space, our bar located on the first floor. They may join the children for the cake moment if they wish.
• Decorations & Outside Food
  In keeping with our commitment to environmental responsibility, additional decorations are not permitted. Bringing outside food or drinks is not allowed; only items ordered through our SOMIAM bar are authorized. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than 30 days before the event: full refund.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before the event: no refund.

SUPERVISION
SOMA facilitators will supervise the children for the duration of the booked celebration. After the party, the children will be returned to the parents' supervision of the birthday child.
