Event Intern – B2B Department

About us

SOMA is a public-interest foundation that inspires young generations by stimulating their creativity through playful, collaborative, and inclusive experiences.
Alongside its activities for children, SOMA is developing a B2B event department, hosting companies, institutions, and organizations in its spaces.

Your profile:

You are organized, motivated, and interested in event management and project coordination.
You enjoy teamwork, interacting with the public, and organizing events.
Fluency in French is required; Dutch and English are assets.

Your missions:

  • Participate in organizing and coordinating B2B events.
  • Provide logistical support before, during, and after events.
  • Be present on-site during events.
  • Handle administrative follow-up and coordinate with service providers.
  • Welcome and assist clients.
