SOMA is looking for a B2C Event Manager: Are you passionate about event planning and project management, and eager to contribute to SOMA's mission? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in coordinating our events!
Responsabilités principales :
- After-School Program: Plan the activity program in close collaboration with the Educational Manager.
- Launch advertising campaigns with the Communications Manager.
- Manage administrative tasks related to requests and reservations.
- Recruit and supervise service providers. Communicate and follow up with families.
- Communicate and follow up with families.
- Coordinate shows and workshops with the team.
- Organize and manage the implementation of events.
- Manage contracts with service providers/artists and ensure proper follow-up.
Management of Other SOMA Events:
- Organize and supervise various events promoted by the SOMA Foundation.
- Coordinate logistics and activities to ensure the success of each event.
- Develop and maintain partnerships to promote inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Autonomous
- Organized
- Strong coordination skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Capable of rallying a team around project success
